cozy stay with super helpful staff
My stay at the Scandic Karl Johan Hotel was delightful. The central location made exploring Oslo a breeze, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ramzes, who helped me with my travel bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness made me feel right at home!
However, the room itself was quite small and could definitely use an update. Though it had all the essentials, the bathroom and carpet felt a bit dated. Opening the window for fresh air meant dealing with some noise from the street.

Absolutley no upgrade offered despite my insistence. they just laughed as if this was funny. i almost left a glowing review for the staff's charm, but the tiny, cramped room ruined it for me. how hard is it to provide a comfy environment?
